This will be one of the most conflicting deals if it happens. Tanguy has shown physically, that he can be a star man, but he doesn't seem to have it between the ears. If we could get 40 mil and a player for him from Inter, and then use that money to buy PEH then I think it would be a good piece of business. On the other hand, I hate to give up on him so soon and then see him put all the pieces together and miss out on that.

Agree with that i dont want a 5th centre back or a 31 year old winger. We need full backs and some creativity as well as DM and a striker. A lot to do and adding to where we have most depth is madness.

Gonna be more swaps this year than ever imo. Very few clubs have cash and most are desperate for liquidity, including us.

If we could get Brozovic and 10m that'd be a great deal imo.

All slightly ageing players that helped knock the club up a level or 2 at a time. All of them had records at big clubs, playing for teams that expect success. In fact, you'd struggle to argue we were a step down for them in some cases.
