Every spurs fan wants Ndombele to be a success , but if had just been another cheap French punt then we would have wrote him off by now , so when do we finally say we overpaid and he is a dud and isn’t suited to the PL? And please don’t give it “he will look better with better players around him” surely a world class player surrounded by shite players would stick out more as they are so many levels above ? We hear it all the time with youth players and that some are only so good as they are in the U21’s so they are a level above everyone else? Don’t get me wrong I want tanguay to succeed but we have to many players who we want to come good. including the likes of dele , Lucas , Winks , Dier And Davies, of course we want all our players to come good but if we take of our spurs tinted glasses a lot of them aren’t good enough .

i am. We had a disagreement over my use of cryptics, which they didnt like. So after 15 years of reliable info and probably more than 10 years only posting on SC, i am no longer there. In fairness i asked them to delete my acc.
We really do seem like we are a team that keep hold of its sellabke assets for far too long.
Sissoko, Lamela, Aurier, Rose really shouldn’t we anywhere near the club anymore really and the likes of Foyth, Dele and Winks are quickly becoming of the same mould.
If it wasn’t for Dier’s positional change I would add him into that group as well. 7-8 players that we still have on our books that have either reached a ceiling or drastically fallen away. It’s pretty obvious to me why we don’t see, to be taking progressive steps forward. Sell the flakey stuff that you know ain’t got it in them to take you onto bigger things, reinvest the money into fresh blood and hope a few come good. Honestly how Sissoko and Lamela are still Tottenham players after all of these years still leaves me shaking my head.
During the Amazon Doc Mourinho even says we look a more fluid team with Eriksen starting so how have we acknowledged the issues that come through selling him yet not replace that skill set? I’m braced for a rocky season after that horror show of a start yesterday, I hope the lads prove me wrong.

Those were the two names mentioned to me. The only other thing was that the club were impressed with NDoms attitude behind the scenes but thats common knowledge now....
More fluid with Eriksen is an understatement. It truly is baffling that we are linked to absolutely no playmakers. Fuck Sigurdsen is gonna be a bench player at everton now. That would be a massive upgrade to the shit we have.

I've co-founded and run an internet forum. You inevitably attract a lot of childish posters. But it's easy to distinguish them from the grown ups.
Rob does generally seem like a nice enough guy, but by blindly backing A&C in whatever outrageous control freakery he chooses to pursue he's damaged SC significantly.
