So what though? Why are you so precious about complaints about ENIC?
Not the point.
The point is that you think its too late to sign a striker, Im amusing because you think they cant make an impact now the season is under way.

Yet you still want one. I find fans like you tedious to be honest and this club would better off if you fucked off and followed PSG

I'm amused by you making up stuff.

Finding physically dominant CB's who are also good footballers is quite tricky, and expensive, but Todibo, who would cost half of Dias I reckon, is physically pretty good, agile enough to press opposing players and is better technically, on the ball and more press resistant than Hojbjerg and Winks. Here's a bit I put together about him with some video clips a few months ago:

He's young, still got some flaws, his defending needs polish, (but I don't think Dias's is that great and the CB's we've got now aren't that great defending either) but well worth a 20m punt as a package IMO. One of the best footballing CB's I've seen around for a while.

If this site has got any credibility the price would only be €15m

Ok so lets get this straight.

"A striker should have been signed by now"
Doesnt that mean we have left it too late?

If yes, the too late for what?
If no, then why should we have signed one by now?
Because we've been after a striker since january, we should know who we want, who's available and get on with it.

Yep.

Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has reaffirmed his wish to bring in an additional striker before the close of the transfer window.
Despite the arrivals of Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon from Real Madrid, as well as Heung-min Son's remarkable display of clinical finishing at Southampton, the Spurs boss still wants to add another striker to his squad, with Danny Ings among his targets .

Spurs have enquired about the England international and continue to monitor his contract situation – but Southampton have insisted he is not for sale at any price.
"For a season like this we need a good squad and we need two players for each position. So there you go.

"Gareth, when fit and in condition, is one of the top players in Europe, and Sergio was amazing last season in Sevilla
"So if you ask me if I'm happy to have these players I have to say yes I am but there are other things that make a team and make a squad. A squad is a puzzle, a squad is a puzzle and in this moment our squad is not a puzzle and that's a problem that we have to understand."

There you have it, so the question is are ENIC going to listen to what he says or not.

There has been one report this week that Mourinho isn't that happy with our transfer business. I can kind of see that being true. He wanted a centre back and another striker as 2 key additions and with a week and a half left of the window we have neither in. Levy is playing a dangerous game here if he fails to get them in, the striker especially saying how vocal Mourinho was in January about getting one.

That's not to say I'm unhappy with our transfer business so far, but I agree we need to sort out a couple more deals. Plus shed a few of the unwanted.

Time is ticking.
