I think it was the type of wine rather than the football player!
Depends of course who we buy - if we bought Wood (Burnley) or King (Bournemouth) as the striker, both are HG so we could fit either into our squad by loaning out Sessegnon (which sounds likely)
We could then buy any of the overseas trained CB's and fit them into our squad, provided we loan out Foyth.
Both of those players could be loaned out to EFL clubs (TW closing date October 16, so plenty of time) or to a PL club or internationally (Oct 5).
Rose (Club trained) of course is for a sale, but doesnt really impinge on our 'players in' strategy. CCV we might keep if no CB comes in but otherwise many Championship clubs would love him - just a problem none of them have much cash
If both CB and striker are Overseas trained we need to offload a more mainstream squad player (like Aurier for example) and that's where we might struggle to find a buyer at a decent price.

On a serious note wouldn't it be just one CB coming in? If Levy really has found Oil at the new stadium and he is flush with cash get a CB, backup striker and a proper DM.

Its meant to be a rating system, so Tier 1 is meant to be the most reliable and Tier 5 is just a guess, im not sure who confirms the ratings though , it seems to be made up as they go along!
I think it is an attempt by football reddit to try and rank how trustworthy various journalists/sources are. And it has spread to twitter as well.
For ITK’s it’s ridiculous but for journalists it’s pretty sound. They tier based on how often their reports On transfers end up becoming reality.
Apparently we have £50 million we have offered , i doubt Hitchin flies out there unless we have a serious offer, i would guess its all down to the terms now and whether we can pay a small chunk up front and pay it over 5 years etc or they want it all up front.
