We needed a starting CB. He is going to Lester because their future all-world CB just broke his leg and their old head CB is also injured. Vestergaard will be 4th choice at best there, an emergency signing, and was cheap. They will recruit on top of him in the near future.

I'd like to see how our club fill a hole like this, this quickly.

He's very lucky Gareth Bale is white, if he was black/brown/asian that is easily 10-15 match ban.
 
I've got pants that have been spurs fans longer than 5 years.

Nothing to brag about I know, but I can't help but think that said pants have more sense than some of the posters in this thread.

I honestly wouldn't want Warde-Prowse because apart from his free kicks he's just one of those players that run around a lot and are fit but they don't bridge the gap to Man City
