Because they want to sell their player and they don't want to buy ours. Why dont we simplify it. Exchange regullion for Carrasco. Job done. Thanks.
Not too much in it- but Adama's dribbling stats are insane and far above James'. So Adama would definitely add more goals to the team as a whole.
Adama would definitely help us add more goals than Dan James, that's all I was saying. In what world does dribbling guarantee goals?
I'd be curious as to whether Wolves are more productive as a whole with him on or off the pitch......... I know what my guess would be.

James tends to just sprint in a straight line before he gets tackled.
And Adama tends to sprint before punting it into row Z or otherwise mis-controlling it, because he's a complete shithouse.Adama would definitely help us add more goals than Dan James, that's all I was saying.

I've already explained why I don't think Adama is a suitable transfer for RW. End product not good enough.Would he though? ......"definitely"?
If this were a "definite" then he would have a similar influence at Wolves vs when he's not playing.
Adama can actually dribble past people, before fucking up the final pass/shot.And Adama tends to sprint before punting it into row Z or otherwise mis-controlling it, because he's a complete shithouse.
Emere est commodatumAt this point I think we should replace Audere est Facere with the latin for "loan to buy"

Fabregas only started 13 games in the league that year though and rarely started against the better clubs because he couldn't keep up most of the time. Legs were gone.
I'm sure though if we found someone half as good as Fabregas available for a decent fee, we'd have likely made the deal. The fact Eriksen was free and we passed up should tell you all you need to know.
Conte has shown he can utilise a creative midfielder but that Chelsea team would have won the league without Fabregas regardless. Kante and Matic were fantastic that year. His full backs contributed successfully and Hazard and Costa were deadly.
If our right wing back can contribute on par with Perisic, Hojbjerg and Bentancur can continue to be solid, Kulusevski can contribute like Fabregas did and Kane and Son can be deadly, I'm sure we'll be just fine.
Ross Barkley was released by Chelsea. Worth looking at on a free, there is a player in there.
