I don't know anything about Victor Osimhen but he's valued at around £85 million, Football London reports that we're linked (but I'm reading elsewhere he's a gooner target).
I can only assume he must be a pretty good striker at that value.

Well, Raphinha has his mind set on Barcelona anyway - but Barca doesn't want to pay the €50m Leeds wants for him. So both Barca & Raphinha are playing the waiting game. And he won't come to sit on the bench for Spurs, particularly not in a WC season. Yes, I know about rotation.
Besides, Spurs have more pressing issues than buying a second RWF. Right now I rather spend big on a top-class LCB. That and a RWB and a versatile forward are the priorities.
Could take 10 years then - we're not known for full summers here.

We sold Dele for £0. There are possible add ons for £10m-30m.
From what I recall, the first 2 add ons (up to £20m) seemed attainable.
I know at least the first add on is based on matches played. I could see Everton dumping him right before it is set to trigger if they don’t think he’s worth it.
