The only certainty is that Inter will need to sell players this summer. And by signing Lukaku and Dybala, both on massive wages, chances are it has to be a couple of their big stars, possibly plus a couple of their lesser players such as Dumfries.

Major players who might need to be sacrificed include Skriniar, Martinez, Bastoni etc. But nobody knows which are going as yet - neither players nor agents....

They want £25m for him, which is obscene. No way we should pay that. I’m just surprised we haven’t walked away.

Yup.... Still really doors. For some reason people think every club is gonna do all their business early this summer. Even with the WC looming, this is not realistic.
 
Spence for anything under 20 million is a gamble worth taking

He’s got all the attributes to be great in a conte system, just question marks over his mentality

Practically every corner would fail to beat the first defender and he was nowhere near the influential player that he was for the bulk of his Spurs career. He then downed tools, refused to sign an extension and left on the cheap a few months before his contract expired.

He did well for Brentford this season, I think he should stay there. United would be a bad move for him as expectations would be sky high and the pressure would be huge. Big fish in a small pond. Surrounded by Danes. Loved by everyone. If they’re offering him respectable money then he should take it.

This will likely be downvoted to oblivion by his fans but it doesn’t change the facts.

2017/18 ......14 goals and 13 assists in 47 games

2018/19 .......10 goals and 17 assists in 51 games

Yep fucking diabolical as you say.........I'm sure you do remember but choose to conveniently forget that as a team we did start to struggle in the last 18 months under Poch. Yes we got to the CL final but the team was labouring for that season, we didn't strengthen and freshen up the squad, playing at Wembley, stadium delay etc. None of our players truly excelled in this period, Kane with his ankle issues. Son was inconsistent, we had Sissoko in midfield, Dele started to descend from his heights, to just pick out Eriksen from that period is harsh imo
