The majority of US football fans won't follow a team because it has Americans in it. We started following the PL because we enjoy the high level of play. We are happy that Americans are getting to play in the PL and hope they do well, but unless Leeds has some crazy success and makes the CL they will no get more than a passing mention here. The big 5 plus Woolwich are pretty much all that Americans care about.

Americans will definitely tune into Leeds matches more often, I know I will (unless the Americans aren't playing). But as far as supporting Leeds, I tend to agree. I mean it's not like there are many Americans still supporting Fulham.

I wouldn't say the big 5 plus Woolwich is all Americans care about. I think a lot of jumped on their bandwagons mostly it's because what NBC usually airs.

i know a good amount of Leeds, Fulham and and Everton fans too.
