Hardly any chance we would have got Jesus he would not come just to be in and out of the side . We have improved the squad overall and hopefully this season we can get to the level of beating all the teams we are better than if we could do that we would be well placed .

- player is not fond of leaving previous club
- is not very good fit for the style that club is playing
- would become record signing
- and record earner...

The salary could be an issue, granted.

But your other points.
- Apparently he would be open to moving to London, it’s the prospect of signing for Yanited that appears to be turning his stomach.
- you have got to be joking if you think Conte wouldn’t bite your hand off for Frenkie de Jong. In what way would he not fit his system?
- he would be a worthy record signing.

Rating someone’s passing is a better indicator of their quality than assists. You can make absolutely dazzling passes, but the keeper could save the shot or the the shooter could bottle it. If his attackers suck, a good passer’s assists could be very low.
