You’ve got to remember how many squad players we’ve sold for actual money in the past several seasons. Not that many. Selling seven this summer just isn’t going to happen.

Davies is out of contract in the summer and Muani and Palhinha are loans that end. So it's 6 to sell. We showed in January we are going to be more ruthless in getting rid of players (when we sold Johnson) than when Levy was in charge of player sales.
 
Expected to get beat before the game and really our season starts after this with huge games that will shape the club for many years. I get we have injuries but my God we are so poor technically. Constantly making errors leading to goals, zero attacking threat and lack of athleticism, strength and general technical ability is badly lacking. I know we are against a really good team but I really can't see where wins will come from.
 
Massive rebuild needed in the championship. Players like Spence don’t have what it takes to get us promoted, they’ll have to play more games than they had to this last 2 seasons with Europe and that was too much for them.
 
Chalobah being linked with villa. If (and it's a big if) we stay up I wouldn't mind seeing him replace romero. think chelsea would sell to us too.
