VDV seems to have turned a corner under De Zerbi, happy to give him another season but still unsure about some of his defensive qualities.

Yeah I think other areas could do with strengthening but I've seen enough under De Zerbi that we can do what he wants at the back and in the middle to a competent standard. We really need to start being able to create and score from open play up the other end now.
Tbh id sell Udogie and I'm ok with Robertson as long as we sign someone else too. Our full backs on both sides need upgrading.
Udogie not only struggles to stay fit but even when he plays he gives half arsed performances.
Does RDZ want this club signing? Another opportunistic ENIC special, partially why we got into this mess
I would not be happy with that approach. If players are not fully fit for pre-season then then should not be counted on. We need to buy so we have 2 quality, 'ready now' players in each position for the start of the season. I think that we also need two new CFs, but am happy for De Zerbi to run the rule over a fully fit Solanke as RDZ likes an intelligent CF with good movement off the ball and one touch play as a focal point of his attack.
No Muani guarantees at least an extra 10 points next season
