Transfers Summer 2026 Transfer Thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

The PR machine is in overdrive.

All saying the same thing. Investment and this window are improtant.

Been here before, let’s hope this time with a higher wage ceiling, and a decent manager, what is to come is exciting.

We need three massive signings at LW, ST and CM. Can they pull it off.

Im aware we need more than those three positions. But those are the areas with the most room for improvement. The meat of the Sunday roast if you will . . .
I may be in the minority, but I don’t care about the size of the transfer fee if the signing fits the team and coach well. The wages will attract better players though. Let’s see what they pull off.

Hasn't completed 90 mins since August btw

Can people start getting real about these experienced players, no point getting them if they're not going to contribute on the pitch.

Sort of a realistic and optimistic window based on links:

Kinsky / Trafford
Porro / Spence - Danso / Vuskovic - Van De Ven / Senesi - Robertson / Udogie
Gray / Palhinha - Bergvall / Bentancur / Alex Scott
Kudus / Kulusevski / Odobert - Maddison / Gallagher / Xavi - Tel / Savinho / Moore
Woltemade / Gonzalo Ramos?

Who has gone:
Vicario
Romero
Dragusin
Sarr
Bissouma
Randal Kolo Muani
Dominik Solanke
Richarlison

Who can be signed:
James Trafford
Marcos Senesi
Andy Robertson
Joao Palhinha (permanently)
Alex Scott
Savinho
Woltemade
Gonzalo Ramos (apparently offered to Spurs)

Who comes back:
Luka Vuskovic
Mikey Moore

I would not mind that squad one bit in all honesty.

I mean everything else I can understand and mostly also support.

But our attack was poor as it was.
Why would we downgrade so badly by choice?
By selling HG and superior player Solanke to next Kolo Muani who has done absolutely fuck all and failed in PSG?

Cause he is offered?
Makes total zero sense.

Solanke has been unavailable for the majority of 2 years. It's time to cut losses. Whether it's for Ramos, Woltemade or someone like Marmoush (who for me is undoable for this shit board), Solanke needs to go alongside the other 2 wasters that attempt to play CF.

8 premier league titles
3 champions leagues
4 FA Cups
6 league cups
Aprox 170 international caps between them.

Transfer fee £0

1 FA Cup
10 international caps

Transfer fee £100,000,000+
So? Honours lists don’t win you games in 2026. They’re both at the wrong end of their careers and Stones’ injury record alone should set alarm bells off.

If we want to challenge at the top, players City and Liverpool no longer think are good enough or reliable enough shouldn’t suddenly be the answer for us. Free transfer means nothing if they’re constantly injured, not going to play and on massive wages.

Bullshit.

You can just be a moody fan that does oversimplify everything to level "He is not available today = he is always injured" , but don't try to present that as a fact.

Solanke had never any injury problems before joining us and he played part in 45 (!!) games last season.
In the freshly ended season he did miss most of it. Yes. But that does not mean that he always has and always will be injured.

Sure- he is upgradable as a ST. But it is 90+% sure that he is not going anywhere. Nor should he - selling him after that season we would get poor value. Once he was available, our performances did improve.

Do you widely accept our medical department has been not fit for purpose the last two years? Then why blame Solanke for the mismanagement of his ankle issue? He had a spotless injury record before joining. Get the medical department right and get players like him back on the pitch.

More interested in outgoings than incomings. The squad is heinously bloated and it goes without saying the mentality of the players is also hideous.

I think we’ll achieve more via addition by subtraction than by new signings, though of course we need a couple.

RW is also looking bleak given the state of Kudus and Kulu's injuries. Something will need to be done there.

It's essentially a whole new starting front line required. United did it last summer after losing to us. It can be done despite what the ENIC apologists on here will tell you.

Never seen the PR machine working this hard before.

Big big talk from all angles. ENIC really have nowhere to hide now.

They need to deliver a massive window.

This is the key

Right now its all talk, and Im very much of the mind "Ill believe it when I see it"

That said, theyve made a statement now, not the usual vague/wishy washy stuff - so theres a standard they can be held to now

Lets see where we are at the end of the window

If they really have made progress, theyll have some credit in the bank

If not...

But all the big teams get this wrong. Its not as easy as this post makes out.

Look at United with their plans..... Chelsea even Liverpool now.... no Salah performing last season.... 24 less.points.

Took Woolwich years and a team of relatively cheap youngsters before they invested in Rice.
It’s more like a general overview. No team gets it right 100% with signings. The key is not to be stubborn and then double down on your mistakes.

PSG & Bayern spent a huge sum on Ugarte and Palhinha and were both sent away after a single season.

Of course it’s not easy. This is top level sport.

Pick a plan that the fans can believe in, a style of play that’s in our culture, and see it through. RDZ has the gravitas I believe.
