I only disagreed because this 'war' is the biggest pile of bullshit ever, seeing as Nato started this crap and Russian trade has been unfairly ostracized from the West.
Money is money at the end of the day and we openly trade with US (who are responsible for the most deaths around the world) and let's not start on the Middle East.
But anyway.
Erm, what?
There's only one country at fault here, and it rhymes with Bussia.
You'd better not be no Putin apologist.
Not even remotely funny. We’re taking money from the Russians, and giving them a negative asset in Sanchez.
The Ukrainians should fucking thank us if so. That’s €12m they could have spent on buying weapons. Instead they have a guy who falls over after a gust of wind.
Here we go…
That’s the end of this thread for today.
Let’s just leave it like this.
If Davinson wants to play in Russia, I have no issues with Spartak Moscow paying us money for him to do that.
So senior people at the NYT cleared CE’s tweet only once he added the bit about Davinson’s reservations?Tracking Davinson? No
Tracking any editorial involvements with Russia?
The New York Times?
I don’t think, I know for sure they are
It's not a slave market, but some agents have no scruples when it comes to making a quick buck. As a club with principles we should be advising him to not move there, even if his agents are pushing for it. It's called taking care of your players as human beings and not treating them as commodities. I know this sounds a bit high minded to some, but it's the proper thing to do.Why do people keep saying we're sending Sanchez to Russia.
That is NOT how transfers work. It's not a fucking slave market. We can accept a bid but it's 100% up to the player if he chooses to take that move.
Negotiating with a team from a country that has instigated a war against a sovereign country resulting in the deaths of 10s of thousands is not my idea of taking the high moral ground. Unless Spartak's ownership and all their hierarchy have forcefully condemned the invasion and ensuing war, they might as well be in cahoots with the regime.

It’s true mate
Here's something I know will bring us all back together...
SC ITK!
Hotspur88 (context - responding to a comment about us only being interested in Muani til we know about the price)
"Not necessarily mate, the club know 100% if/when Kane leaves they need to do something serious to appease the fans so I would highly expect the likes of Muani/Vlahovic to come in very quickly following his departure. I know we have spoken to Frankfurt & Juventus about both players."

Why would Russians paying us 12m for Sanchez help them vs Ukraine? He's a grown man and make his own decision transfer-wise. End of.
Better believe itSo senior people at the NYT cleared CE’s tweet only once he added the bit about Davinson’s reservations?
