Do you want to see the best on the pItch? Or in the bank?

We're not the Spurs accountants. Some fans starting to act like a shadow of the chairman. Profit over glory and all that.

Kane is priceless. Yeah, I've changed my tune but fuck it.

For one more year? What's the point. I could understand if we had a team on the brink of winning the league. However we are not in that position, keeping him for one more year may get us top 5. However selling him and buying a Tapsoba and another striker may also get us top 5.

Heard a lot about Kane doesn't want to damage his 'legacy' with us, hence why he's stayed schtum this post-season.

So I genuinely don't think he'd go to the goons or chavs.

Wouldn't rule out United or City next year but that's not the same.

I'm sure he meant those words at the time but if Woolwich and Chelsea are both in the CL, looking like genuine PL contenders and offer to double his wages whilst he doesn't even have to move?

Hmm, I'm not sure he'd turn that down.

Nah come on though. Teams on the precipice of success often buy one or two high profile players for seemingly high costs. It boosts the squad, generates a buzz, creates momentum, as well as gives the manager a very useful player.

Virgil van dijk and alison looked expensive at the time.

To my point that would be two players.... Not one.

....And to my initial point; Liverpool's title win didn't prive VVDs pricetag.... His individual performances did.

Rice would easily start at Woolwich, Spurs, and Chelsea

Good player... That's not in question.

Kane has achieved so much with this club on an individual basis, maybe he intends to roll the dice and ride the Ange train for the next few years, he could do a lot worse!

I don't think Bayern will pay that.
Good, brilliant, fantastic!!!

Just wanted to drop a quick 'thank you' to Zomb and Deuterz Deuterz for genuinely interesting, informative discussion earlier today.

Much better than mud-slinging and childish abuse. Apologies for my previous part in it.

No, I'm not drunk!

Thanks buddy. Sorry for my part in all the rubbish before too, I said some not very nice things.

Hope we have some good chats in future 👍
