Whatever stupid loophole there is in FFP that allows them to cook the books, there's no way you can look at their business and try and claim they are making a profit with a straight face.
Even if they are managing to stay on the right side of FFP with their shenanigans, it can only be by a fine margin. You also have to ask yourself, if this is in any way a good idea, why aren't all clubs doing it (I mean with the absurd fees, I know all clubs are spreading their payments).
Boehly must think he's spotted an opportunity that no one else has, so I'm left to wonder, put all 20 people in charge of PL clubs in a room together, is Todd Boehly really the smartest of the bunch?
Finally, it seems that they are taking advantage to some extent of not having to abide by some of the rules as they're not in Europe, and PL rules are more lax. But surely the extra money he's gambling on getting long term is dependent on getting into Europe, which the spending they're doing to achieve that might also see them barred from said competitions.

It really depends on how Ange means to use him. If he's meant to play in the RCM position then probably, if he's meant play RW then maybe but probably not. If he's meant to replace Lo Celso as a rotation option off the bench the no.
