Maybe. As I said, it may not work out. But Ndombele didn’t have any problems doing 90mins for Lyon.
I just think Postecoglou also uses a cm3 that might suit Ndombele. Even if he uses Ndombele for 69 mins or as a sub (as he is known to swap out his 8’s due to intensity).
Be nice to be given a fair chance though. Could be a viable or useful squad option.

Unless Ange is absolutely determined that he must have Maguire, when has Levy ever come off as a man that wants to hand multi-year deals for 190k per week to a 30-year-old?

A lot of players walk into our team but buying purely for next season is no way to construct a rebuild. Should be a core group of early u25s that can be molded to peak as a collective in 3-4 years

Good post. We can also afford to have a decent sized bench as Anges game seems to be about high intensity and needing to freshen up midfield and full backs from the hour mark
To be fair, I wasn't talking about the forum. I was talking about posts I had seen on social media relating to the news of us being interested in Maguire.
Multiple takes from people saying it could work and that Maguire isn't as bad as people say he is (laughable, he's a proven liability and sub-par defender that we shouldn't even be considering imo.)
