Talking about us like we're an Italian crime syndicate, the nerve!

You don't win a PL golden boot with a poor footballing IQ. Son's poor season is a combination of bad form and Conte-ballwhen was the last time barca had a player whos got really poor football I.Q? adama and aubeyang? how long did they last?
I know nothing about him is he good with the ball on his feet?
Which should not be a hurdle in my opinion.Probably the worry with him. Seems a top prospect for shot stopping, controlling his box and defending corners/crosses. Receiving and playing the ball with his feet he's probably closer to a Courtois/Pope than a Ederson/Ramsdale/Raya.
Depends who the coach is. He's possibly a very good gk but if you bring in De Zerbi, Enrique or Nagelsmann there's not really much allignment there.. all want a gk capable of completing 30ish passes per game with a variety of short and long passes.Which should not be a hurdle in my opinion.
If we have the chance to get Mamardashvili then we should go for him.
We could have our goalkeeper settled for the next decade. He's barely 23.
We're leading the race the same way Lewis Hamilton was in Australia before Verstappen easily overtook him.

Obviously I would agree with only signing players that the manager wants. But in this case, I don’t think Spurs should sign a manager who doesn’t want a creative player like Maddison.

Why are we even talking about signings when we have no coach or DoF? These would be Levy signings....the kiss of death...![]()
Report: Tottenham Hotspur are now interested in signing West Ham star
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking at signing West Ham defender Nayef Aguerd as the North London side look to bring stability to their defensive line....www.spurs-web.com
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking at signing West Ham defender Nayef Aguerd as the North London side look to bring stability to their defensive line.
Aguerd signed for West Ham in the summer of 2022 and has impressed many with his performances for the Hammers this season.
The Moroccan has made 18 appearances so far, and scored his first Premier League goal at the weekend in a 1-0 win against Southampton (Transfermarkt).
The 27-year-old has racked up 30 appearances for Morocco too (Transfermarkt), and featured in four games for his country at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar as his side reached the semi-finals of the tournament.
Less than a year into his tenure at West Ham, Aguerd is already attracting attention from elsewhere, and the latest report from Jeunes Footeux suggests Tottenham would be eager to bring the player across London to solve their defensive issues.
Apparently, the Lilywhites have been looking at Aguerd “closely” and are considering a move for the centre half.
It is thought Aguerd would bring the “stability” that is needed to fix the “fragile” back line at Spurs.
This report emerges as doubts remain over Clement Lenglet, who is currently on loan from Barcelona for the season.
According to Jeunes Footeux, Lenglet is “likely” to leave Spurs at the end of the season.
There is a catch to the pursuit of Aguerd, however, as the report notes it is “difficult to imagine he could be let go for less than €55 – 60 million (£48m-£53m).”
Whether Spurs would be willing to pay that much remains to be seen.
Spurs Web Opinion
Aguerd has looked solid whenever he has played this season and has adapted to Premier League football really well.
Whether he is worth the kind of money quoted in the report is hard to say as he has been here for less than a year, and there are other, more proven options that would probably cost a little less.
I suggested him months ago. Wondered how willing them jokers would be to do business
So it's OK for us to see if a realistic deal can be outlined with his agent.Probably the worry with him. Seems a top prospect for shot stopping, controlling his box and defending corners/crosses. Receiving and playing the ball with his feet he's probably closer to a Courtois/Pope than a Ederson/Ramsdale/Raya.
Is 100 FUCKING % the right answer!!!!Obviously I would agree with only signing players that the manager wants. But in this case, I don’t think Spurs should sign a manager who doesn’t want a creative player like Maddison.
We've bought players with no coach or DOF before, maybe he got his scouts or David pleat advising him.Why are we even talking about signings when we have no coach or DoF? These would be Levy signings....the kiss of death...
It's ludicrous...
