Doubt we get anything. Probably like 2m if that. What kind of fee could we get for Lloris then? 5-10M? Considering the talk was pay off his contract this could a nice little bonus cash drop
We have zero leverage as we already bought his replacement.

Goons sign Eng’s key midfielder nowadays thanks to ENIC. Times have changed
It's not what he's saying though George.Do you not have the foggiest idea how a contract works?
Dier isn’t a slave or an indentured servant. You don’t sell-on a contract. You get a fee to basically tear the current one up and stand aside to let the player agree to a new one with a different employer. His current contract is bilaterally binding. One side can’t terminate it without the other’s permission unless there is explicit language in it that allows it.
Nothing. Just got this lot goneDoubt we get anything. Probably like 2m if that.

So, out of interest, why did you disagree that he intends to stay and ‘fight for his place’? Not sure I follow your reasoning but so be it.I know. Anyone shows that level of interest and it will turn his head.
Inter are beyond skint, they're more likely to ask us for wage contribution. What kind of fee could we get for Lloris then? 5-10M? Considering the talk was pay off his contract this could a nice little bonus cash drop

Why? He has a fairly good injury record minus the ACL tear.

I haven’t watched him post injury, so he may never be the same, but if he is injury prone, then so is Bentancur.
Reading his post, that’s exactly what he’s saying. It's not what he's saying though George.
We haven't proclaimed him as 'Not for Sale,' so you would expect interested parties to make enquiries just to test the waters and see if a) Dier might be interested, and b) what we would want for him. It seems that no one has.
That is the point being made, not that we should just fuck him off regardless.
No one appears interested.
Now that may change as the window progresses, but until it does, no one seems to want him anyway.

That may have been how it read to you, but he's since explained himself. You can't just hang on the first post and ignore the rest mate.Reading his post, that’s exactly what he’s saying.
If Spurs were offered the right money (30m is the price mentioned in his post) then he can be sold.
Except he can’t — unless he agrees to it. He has agency and he’s said he isn’t leaving as Royal did in the January window last year. Presumably, clubs have finite resources to pursue transfers and don’t bother to court players who they can’t sign.
I missed the response. That may have been how it read to you, but he's since explained himself. You can't just hang on the first post and ignore the rest mate.
Like I said, no biggie.
Bentancur hadn’t missed a game from injury in years before coming to the Prem. Why? He has a fairly good injury record minus the ACL tear.

Less than that, a nominal fee something like 2 mill imoWhat kind of fee could we get for Lloris then? 5-10M? Considering the talk was pay off his contract this could a nice little bonus cash drop
On TFC?This is what happens when two intelligent, reasonable people disagree. Beautiful.

He'll be a good signing for whoever gets him imo.. he's just about getting over the hump of his injury and looked good physically toward the end of the season. Why? He has a fairly good injury record minus the ACL tear.
