He will sign a new contract after Ange get a good grip of his kugelsack!

It's Sami Mokbel. Mr. "Arne is Spurs' new manager, deal is done."

And replaced them with; N'dombele, Roden, Sanchez, Lo Celso and Sissoko.

Despite this evidence some of your mates want to sanction the sale of Harry Kane to give the berk 'more resources' to waste on similar chaff.
Flawed argument. You say they were sold to “balance the books” yet they were sold past their prime at reduced fees. Those purchased cost a bloody fortune so there was no balancing of the books. The issue is those expensive buys did not bear fruits, The money was still spent. IF you had maligned Levy/ENIC for choosing poorly your argument would have some merit. But as you haven’t said that it comes across as another anti ENIC rant which frankly puts me to sleep 💤

Perhaps I should rephrase that he's not said he wants to go whilst Sanchez has said he wants to go.

With Lenglet gone and Davies not ideal for a 2 CB defence, and Sanchez likely off, that leaves Romero and Dier left, with Spurs needing to sign 2 CB's

I don't think Spurs want to sign 3 CB's as we need funds for other positions, so not sure club will force Dier to leave.

With Dier as 4th choice CB I hope it allows likes of Dorrington the opportunity to make a few appearances, probably off bench

Of course that's just my reading of situation.
I got a feeling Dier will start next season or at least get a lot of gametime. I just think he's one of them guys who's got Dan Dan in his pocket. "I'm gonna go see Daniel" a la Danny Rose in the Amazon docu

In your opinion. Raya-homegrown-tried and tested. One of the best performing keepers in the EPL (check stats if you don't believe), for 40 million, Vicario 19 million, no EPL experience. Which one is bargain basement to you?
Neither really, one was just massively overpriced.

As with any player, whether they're from abroad or domestic, you have to wait and see whether the money spent was well spent or not.

2 CBs, 1 CM, 1 prospect sounds about right.
I would hope 2 CBs & a Right Winger and depending on out goings, either a CM (if we sell Holjberg, Lo Celso and Ndombele) or a 3rd CB (if we can get rid of Dier, Sanchez, Rodon and Tanganga).

Just typing that out shows reminds me what a huge job we have in outgoings, as we also need to get rid of Lloris, Sessegnon, Reguilon, Gil and Perisisc.

For those interested :

Note it also includes the need to offload some outgoings to :
1 Create squad places - currently we have just over 30 first team players
2 Generate some fees to re-invest in new players - note that means ewe need to sell some players for fees, not just loans
3 Get some wages off the books.

But with a new GK, AM and winger in so far, still room for 2 CB's and one if not two others.

On course to be a very solid rebuild (with further players required next window(s) to continue the rebuild)

Hmm. My guess would be:

1. CB number one
2. CB number two
3. Hojbjerg replacement if/when he's sold
4. Wildcard (opportunity pops up for a young talent, etc)
