I don’t have a problem with all tourists, we used to have a very vocal and passionate supporter base from Scandinavia in the old ground who actively supported the team (rather than aimlessly wandering around taking photos and gormlessly looking at their phones). It’s not all foreign tourists either - the neutral day trippers who don’t even really follow Spurs can F off too

So it's just the :checks notes: Yuu Suk-Mee variety of tourists you have a problem with, then?

:sonhmm:

it won’t end in disaster, they will get away with it. It’s immaterial and not needed but it won’t see tickets go unsold although if they do, I understand that resale won’t be released which is good as it forceS ST holders to actually go the games rather than flip to Tarquin and Esme, or Yuu Suk-Mee from Korea

One team league you say….

There's two teams listed there

PSG waiting to see whether Neymar gets offered his own gigantic deal in SA...even though Qatar and Saudis are competing, they'd bite their hand off to get that twat off their wage bill, even if Luis Enrique is now their manager.

Obviously also the situation with Bappe. IMO he's defo going this summer. He'd have stayed if the recruitment had been better, but I don't see him get all wet about Enrique (wrong coach for him), always injured Lucas Hernandez, some unknown kid from Italy, Asensio (likely to have the same PSG career as Jese, Sarabia, Ruiz...), Kang-in Lee...

If they get rid of Ney and/or Bappe, they'll defo have the cash for Kane

He's just not anywhere near the player Kane is.

Granted Kane isn't quick but Vlahovic isn't half as crafty and not much quicker.

If we lose Kane, I don't want to see a level below #9 trying to replace him. I'd prefer to see pace, aggression and pressing from the front 3. Liverpool and City lived without a #9, Ange ball could do easily as well.

If we sign Vlahovic, it would just feel a pride signing by the club to say that "they tried" to replace him.
Vlahovic is quick, mate

Spamming the thread!

Just so you (and anyone else) are aware, this kind of post seems to attract more votes than the actual "off topic" post.

Polite request... Can all the ENIC in and ENIC out lot give it a rest for a bit? It's getting a bit boring. I'm sick of my phone going off because one side has voted for the other side again.

Cheers x

I'm really not sure on the Gallagher links.

I think he might suit Ange style more in terms of his willingness to get forward to score from midfield and brings energy.

If we bring him in I would imagine Sarr will be loaned out

Dreadful squad management if we do that.

I don't particularly think we need to replace PEH, but if we do only to then loan out another CM (not named GLC or TN!) it would be ridiculous!

Kane replacement?

Jonathan motherfucking David please.

Lille are struggling financially, as are most French clubs not named PSG. So they can't be too greedy.

He really wants to go and they'd let him in recognition of what he's done for them.

Only question is, who else would be keen? I don't think any of the big boys of European football need him so perhaps an opp for us. And let's be honest...even if Kane stayed, we could easily afford to offer Lille 50-100 mil for him, beating other clubs to his signature.

He'd do so well under Ange.

Right - but let’s not pretend that winning the PL is competitive. Next season it will be Man City vs one other team who steps up. Man City will win it.

Quote me.

The other leagues are also super competitive behind the winner, just like the PL.

Maybe in 5 years it will be more competitive when Newcastle are bigger and Guardiola leaves City.
Pal, you're talking rubbish.

Next season's PL crown is ours.

Are you mad? We're winning it by 8-12 pts, best attack, 3rd best defense, Harry gets the golden boot with 35.

We're also winning the FA Cup, beating Woolwich 4-0 in the final.

Yh I don't really understand it, but Sarr needs game time otherwise his career will just stagnate with Maddison and possibly Tanguy being in the mix will be harder for him to get it then adding Gallagher will be virtually none for him, said before what's the point in bringing in these young lads just to not be given a chance here and there.

If we're bringing in a genuine game changer then fair enough but we ain't.

The PL has numerous teams who have the resources to win the league. Chelsea and United have utilized said resources badly, but the potential is there. The Bundesliga have only one club with the resources to have a realistic chance at it.

Liverpool, Man City, Man United and Chelsea all SHOULD be in that conversation. They haven't been because City have used their resources much better than the other 3. We also have teams like Woolwich who bid 100m for players.

Bayern just control everything in that league and nobody has the muscle to stop them.

No. But it would have been a fair gesture to return his salary rather than penalise fans (after they have purchased a membership).
Because we finished 8th? As if that is never supposed to happen to the mighty Spurs?

And let's humor this argument and say he did that. If we win the title this season, should the fans be asked to pay something extra? I mean, it should go both ways, no?

Reckon David could press from the front like a madman too.

I love Harry but I can't see him doing it.
