The club could do more but it refuses, instead we have to accept the club for what it is.
No you don't, that's the point I've been trying to make.

If you really feel as strongly as you evidently do, then at the very least TRY to do something about it.

You've been one of those stating that the numbers of disaffected fans are growing, so show the courage of your convictions and try to get them organised. You have the perfect platform for this in the internet.

If all of these disaffected fans show the same apathy towards making your voice heard, to the club and not on an open forum, as we see on here, then stating that 'we have to accept the cub as it is' has merit.

But if you feel as strongly as you profess, surely not even trying is negligent in itself?

With the greatest of respect, you don't know what I have been doing about it.
Although there has been protests although a bit tame by other clubs standards, the message has been noted by those in charge.
Letters have been written, but as you know, if the club don't want to sell they won't.
Maybe things will change in the future and maybe they won't, the club probably isn't going to be successful in that time, for reasons that have been done to death on here.
I accept that we are probably at best 5th down to 8th, we can't compete with the real boys in the league.
But in the future it could all change, and would I be part of a protest of course, I certainly don't wish death on anyone or anything like that.
Let's just see what happens this summer, the manager is going to need our support that is for sure.

I like Ange. Was very skeptical at first but he’s growing on me. Think he’s got the right vibes for where we’re at and at least we’ll have some fun.

But he’s taking over a shit situation so I will manage expectations & if we exceed that then all the better. I think anything else is setting him up for unrealistic goals and that’s when people start blaming him for not reaching the unachievable.
I think he'll be like Bielsa at Leeds. The fans will love the attacking football and he'll be around at least three years.

And people really thought that Levy would be stepping aside from getting involved in the football side😂
Only we could appoint a Chief Football Officer & have no idea when he can actually start his role & have no DOF in place when we knew that Paratici would be getting a ban 6mths ago.

Yeah it’s so us. The Munn thing is fucking weird. He probably won’t end up joining at all now. All very strange.

It wasnt about bidding. We had a price agreement, we could have had it done there and then.
But Daniel Greedy decided to walk away from the table to try to come back later with a lowball offer.
What the dipshit didn't consider, was that they got bought out in that period and no longer needed to sell him.
That is PRIME Daniel Greedy. The guy gets all sorts of praise for being a good businessman, but there's too many of these incidents over the years for that to be true.

I'd be willing to bet he'd have turned down healthy offers for stadium naming rights pre covid because his ego told him it should only be a mind blowing amount.
Pre covid we got to a Champions League final and had 2 title pushes. We were a big draw. Nike and AIA paid big bucks. And now what have we got?

And how many talented players have we missed out on? I suspect we've missed out on good ones more often than we've fucked up. In fact, the ratio would be swung hugely if we'd signed players like Kante and Mane instead of Sissoko and fucking Njiekoudu

This image of a clever businessman is horrendously flawed

Strange how you know so much more than the local Birmingham press.

They are sure that Levy agreed a price with Aston Villa owner, but that club was then sold faster than expected. The incoming owner decided he wanted to keep Grealish for one more season and get into PL which was worth £100m+ pa to Villa - far more than the player fee..

Incoming Villa owner was correct with Villa being promoted to PL and getting that extra £100m+ pa.

But never lets facts get in the way of an opportunity to make up another anti Levy/enic story.

If you have indeed been trying to organise this then firstly, apologies and secondly, kudos to you.

I would hope that you aren't just resting on your laurels though, as a message such as yours needs to be sustained to be effective.

I might not necessarily agree with your whole sentiment towards Levy, but I've always agreed that change is required. If the actions of you and others affects that change, whether it be a change of ownership or a change in the way the current owners operate, then you will deserve every plaudit.

You disliking the way the club is run has never really been an issue for the vast majority on here. It's the constant barrage of the same gripe that was always the issue.

As I've said in the past, the sooner y'all come to grips with the fact that our owners are running the club as a business, the sooner you'll stop popping veins when they don't do what you would like them to.

If you want them to sell, the only way that would happen is if you're actually able to affect their bottom line. To which I say "good luck with that."

So bitch and moan all you want, but it'll be no different than living in a Caribbean island and complaining every day about the heat and humidity. It is what it is and there's really nothing you can do about it.
