Look, sometimes our top targets turn out to be shit, sometimes they turn out to be good.
It is also possible to have a pool of let's say 3-4 players that we see as top targets for 2 positions.... right - as many would say on here it would be criminal to only identify 1 main target for each position when there is so much that can go wrong with a transfer.
Cleary Tosin is within that bracket. We have heard about him since the start of the window so if he comes he is someone we should treat as such, and not look at his price tag and hold our noses up at.
I'd love to see this list the you're projecting knowledge of.
