I don't think we can replace Kane like for like, especially not reasonably gettable (Osimhen etc) I'd be more tempted to stick Richarlison up top for the season, and spend the money on better wide forwards/creatives.
I'd spend the money on a couple of players like Mitoma, Olise, Barcola, Cherki and really give us some attacking options.

One positive though - if there is a time to buy a striker this summer, it is now. Because if Kane does go as most expect him to, once that cheque from Bayern clears, suddenly the price on every transfer target will go up an extra £20m. You don’t want to leave all your business until after you get the influx of cash.

Even if Ndombele & PEH leave, we still have 6 players (Maddison, Lo Celso, Bentancur, Sarr, Skipp and Bissouma) for 3 positions plus Alfie Devine. I doubt we will bring in another if Lo Celso stays,
