You’re saying that because we’re smart and agree on many issues. I don’t go around saying that the people who are thick and are ENIC out are the same people. Unfortunately I am able to imagine that there are dozens of ENIC out people who are barely able to string two thoughts together.

Quite a lot of links in Turkish media concerning Nelsson and Spurs - latest I'm aware of says Galatasaray turned down an offer from Tottenham that involved an exchange of £12.9 million plus the Colombian centre-back Davinson Sanchez, which suggests Galatasaray prefer all cash of maybe £22m.

Galatasaray won the league with Nelsson as a right footed CB who prefers to play on the left, good at playing ball out rom back - player is very keen in the move.

Whether anything progresses from here I've no idea
Inflation in Turkey is at about 60 per cent…I wonder how they can buy and sell at all. Making the budget work must be a nightmare.

Reports have said they want £50 million for Tapsoba, if we want him just pay it and move on. As Zomb said we've saved on Maddison and Solomon so...
This is it. This is why this club is so frustrating.

Years of frugality have allowed is to build up more FFP allowance to exploit each transfer window than any other Premier League club, ever, yet we constantly refuse to use this luxury to benefit the team, address glaring deficiencies, and back which ever manager is currently in post and give him the right tools to work with.

What's the point? What's it all about?

It's hardly surprising no manager has seen out a full season for half a decade when you think about it.

Large organizations have accounts in foreign banks and in foreign currencies. That's why you have reserve currencies like the USD, EUR, GBP etc.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to hold formal talks with AS Roma to sign Roger Ibanez this summer, as per the Italian outlet Roma Giallorossa.

The North London club are keen on strengthening their backline by purchasing a new centre-back in this transfer window. They have been linked with numerous options over the last few months with Micky van de Ven and Edmond Tapsoba being mentioned as primary targets.

However, Spurs have been struggling to broker a deal for their key targets so it seems they have started to explore alternative options with Ibanez now emerging as a serious target.

A contrarian who has fairly consistent positions?

That’s an interesting take.

I am just temperamentally opposed to hysteria which we see a lot of on here.

Nice that you’ve pivoted from falsely accusing me of being a multi to just attacking me. I’m just an internet avatar - no need to make this personal at all. Avatars don’t have souls. Let’s just discuss the issues as we see them.
I presume you regularly get chinned when you go out

This is article #15 from an Italian publisher about Ibanez.

They are never backed up by anyone in other countries. Why are they pushing him to Spurs so hard?

You look at the data and he’s a strange fit. Doesn’t pass well, doesn’t carry the ball and isn’t especially quick to cover the high line

They are probably thinking we are mugs for a cheap deal regardless of what the player's data says.
