Udogie could help him.The only thing I would interject (good woody word) here, is that I'm not sure Tapsoba is the guy you want if "winning aerial duels" is your priority.
I think that’s exactly what we are doing, and not necessarily because we need the money to buy.Wouldn’t be surprised if we are holding on for the Kane money to go for our preferred CBs.
He'd pretty much have to make some big signings to lift morale, there's some logic to this.I think that’s exactly what we are doing, and not necessarily because we need the money to buy.
It’s for PR purposes. Levy knows exactly how much shit he’ll get from fans for selling Kane, online we may have accepted it but the casual side of the Spurs fanbase will be up in arms (and rightly so), it’ll be a shameful day for Spurs.
He can mitigate that by purchasing CBs sharpish after Kane’s sale, get some positive news going, despite the fact that they should’ve obviously been bought in June.
It’s clever and cruel.
Do per 90. He played a ridiculous amount of league minutes the last few seasons so naturally he will be very high when you use gross stats.
Football reference uses per 90 and doesn’t have ball recoveries but it has him in the 24th percentile for tackles and 80th for interceptions for midfielders so that puts him as pretty average as far as recoveries ago.
Only if the player improves the level of the team.

I don't know much about Tapsoba, but he seemed to be pretty good at mopping up those dangerous long balls when playing in a high line. The only thing I would interject (good woody word) here, is that I'm not sure Tapsoba is the guy you want if "winning aerial duels" is your priority.
Ill just take it happeningI think that’s exactly what we are doing, and not necessarily because we need the money to buy.

Was pretty decent in the air every season except last season. The only thing I would interject (good woody word) here, is that I'm not sure Tapsoba is the guy you want if "winning aerial duels" is your priority.
The day Levy sells Kane it should be quickly followed by his resignation. Levy now needs to leave the Club for the good of the fan base he is too toxic to stay.I think that’s exactly what we are doing, and not necessarily because we need the money to buy.

No idea where to put this, but Ali G’s just spent the first 5 minutes of his latest podcast ranting, because the club are upset that he described them in an article as a ‘soap opera’

They ought to wind their necks in, "soap opera" as a description for Spurs is putting a very fucking kind slant on it...
Pathetic fucking farce would be much more apt.
Doesn't seem like a smart move from him career wise though to be ranting about it...Funnily enough, he also said in the podcast that if Kane goes, it won’t just be a soap opera, it’ll be a farce
