Yes it would have been nice to have him early.

Alas; no it doesn't "show" that at all... That's not how evidence works.... That just your theory.
Well...

If it was rumoured to be £30 million back, then and it's now £40-£50 million according to rumours.

Then for whatever reason, the price has gone up by £10-£20 million.

If the price has gone up, then price has gone up.

What do want me to say? It was gonna cost 30 million around the beginning of June, but now it's gonna cost us 40-50 million, but it's okay, the price hasn't gone up... I mean WTF!!

EDIT: So something along the lines 40 million Euros about £35 million, now it's £45-£50 million.

Spurs need to do a better job marketing their outbound players, Maybe a "buy one get one free sale" might work. "When you buy Hojbjerg at the regular price we'll throw in a barely used Tanganga free!" "Like Djed Spence? Would you believe for a limited time you can acquire his services AND get Joe Rodon at no additional charge." "Need a midfielder? No problem. Our finance guys will have the papers for Ndombele ready for you to sign, and if you get down here by 5PM Eric Dier is yours for free!"

Correction. Either:

1. The sale has happened.
2. It hasn't happened.
3. It may still happen.
4. It might not happen afterall.

Chill with the definitives, yeh. :skippcalm:
Put 2+2 together. We've wanted two CBs for a month, after already spending a year's worth of budget on transfers, now after meeting with Bayern we're pursuing players worth around 100m in total, including a backup striker we must have now. Why aren't we hearing anymore about Bayern? Surely they must still want to sign Kane, how come there's no more flights?

Or you know have the player agents actually do their fucking job.

Yes; "for whatever reason"......... A phrase that in itself underlines that you don't know what happened behind the scenes.

Your default assumption is that Level fucked it, but that is contrary to previous reports from some quarters; the only quarters that have passed comment on the scenario thus far.

You're waffling; I didn't say the price hadn't gone up.
