They're basically a one man team, and that man is Doku, they won't give him up cheaply.Think he'll really ramp it up over the next few years if he avoids injury. Don't see Rennes selling him for less than €50m this Summer.

perisic might have a role to play this year. the rest need to go, along with dier and davies eventually, and son. once that lot are gone there wont be one player remaining from the years of failing to get over the line. the loser culture will be shifted.Perisic
Lloris
Tanganga
Sessegnon
Aswell, we have a lot of players to move on.
worth the money, if kane goes, he is top of my list as to what to spend the kane money onThink he'll really ramp it up over the next few years if he avoids injury. Don't see Rennes selling him for less than €50m this Summer.
Ideally we add 2 CBs in this window and keep Kane.
I think we can make £50m in sales:
Hojbjerg £20m
Ndombele £10m
Reguilon £8m
Sanchez £8m
Rodon £4m
That brings net spend down to ~£85m.
Tapsoba and VdV shoudl cost around £85m combined... which would take net spend up to £170m.
To be honest, I am not sure we do need Perisic. Would rather move him on for £££ for the sale and £££ saved in wages.perisic might have a role to play this year. the rest need to go, along with dier and davies eventually, and son. once that lot are gone there wont be one player remaining from the years of failing to get over the line. the loser culture will be shifted.
Hate to disagree with Leo, but from the showreels I don’t see any Suarez in his play apart from knowing how to look after himself physically.

Perisic
Lloris
Tanganga
Sessegnon

Ah Luis Shearer.I heard someone else say he is a combination of Luis Suarez and Alan Shearer![]()
but if son is going to be as shit as he was last year, we will need perisic. love gil but hes injured so going to be a while till hes up and at it.To be honest, I am not sure we do need Perisic. Would rather move him on for £££ for the sale and £££ saved in wages.
He would be competing with Son, Gil out on the left wing. And to be honest, I would rather have a young understudy for the future than have a 34 year old as back up to Son.
Lol.
If we accepted anything less than 40m for Hojbjerg we'd be complete mugs. He's in his prime and established as one of Europe's top midfielders., not a young 'prospect' with potential.
Jonathan Calleri, Guido Carrilo and Leonardo Ulloa. None of them scored double figures in a single season in the Argentine League until they were 22 though (or never in Ulloa's case). Can you think of any recent Argentine target men that flopped in the PL?
Yeah, just adding those names to the list of players the previous poster missed.Don't we have until Friday 1st September or another four weeks?
Hojberg agent spottedLol.

i think that's been the plan all along (but it seems they want Brennan Johnson). If it is gonna be Richy and Veliz as the No 9s post-Kane I really think we need to bring in another really dynamic wide man to challenge Kulu.
Probably 70/30 he doesn’t do well based solely on the price but worth a gamble
