Meh. Big old ego trip with the risk being we lose out on 100m and lose a player for free but get to say "fuck you" to Bayern.
Its all about "winning" for him in these negotiations.
Alternative view is that little old Spurs let big old Bayern tell us how much they will pay, how long they will give us to accept their offer and on what terms.
Sorry mate. I don’t like Levy and whilst I agree that he’s a brinksman wannabe, I’m at the point where “shit or get off the pot” has turned into “get off the pot I need a piss”.

We don’t really have a strong hand. The player obviously wants to go, obviously won’t sign a new deal & has a year left. We’re a self sufficient club so losing our star on a free rather than earning 100m would be a really big blow.
Sounds like that’s about what they’re offering and it’s a fair offer. I’d rather just move on than spend the rest of the window playing chicken with them. I don’t really care if Bayern think they’ve ‘won’ or have bullied us, I care about getting the cash and investing in the team.
