You're assuming they'd accept 26m. Pretty sure Chelsea will have to activate his release clause, which is 35m.

It's a fairly no-mark rumour recycling website.
The ".net" address is a warning sign to start off with. I never fully trust a website that isn't a .com or a national domain.
Just accept that Chelscum will be buying every promising young player for perpetuity and loaning them to their second club Strasbourg, while UEFA and FIFA turn a blind eye.

VDV was playing for Wolfsburg, the day we agreed his deal.
I think he played just one half, I think the Kane deal is done, it's now a case of getting people in before he leaves, like we did with bale.
