No way is he doing that.Yeah had hopefully Levy doesn't try and eke out every last penny for any bids that come in, just cut our loses and move on.

I've seen dozens of reports in recent weeks alleging that we are trying to sell Sanchez and Rodon and Tanganga but not a one suggesting we are trying to sell Ben or Eric.I seen it suggested earlier in this window.

Raya 30m Tosin 15m Eze 50m Scott 20m (+ clauses) Would be liberating in terms of HG for a number of years to come and allow us to take the next 12 months likely exits in our stride. Nail Tapsoba for another 50m........ And that's all main boxes ticked for 175m before sales. Think we'll spend...thefightingcock.co.uk
Well he did it with Aurier and Doherty.
Would ward prowse improve us?
Looks like West Ham aren’t spending any of the rice money.
I honestly don't think so. JWP's major strength is in his dead ball delivery. He doesn't really stand out in any other aspect. And with Maddison brought in do we need a dead ball specialist?Would ward prowse improve us?

I think that's the point, we often seem to want disrupt other teams signings. No
Might frustrate Wham though - they are still trying to make their first signing of the season despite having £100m burning a hole in their pocket
Not to mention that, if we don't sell him this year, he'll walk on a free next summer. Not worth the risk at all. Let’s say he did his ACL and never played for us again and we didn’t get £100m either…

Oh this guy is hurting... Maybe having a man-child as a CEO is part of the reason Spurs has been Europes No.1 laughing stock for years?

Hazard having none of it.
In set pieces maybe, I don't think we're going to sign him though because apparently Ange has spent time persuading Lo Celso that he's important and they want him to stay and be part of the plans going forward, signing JWP would put a dampener on that.Would ward prowse improve us?

depends on what the clause actually said.
It might well have said that if we got CL during his 18 month loan period then it became an obligation - and that is more logical as after 6 months we did get CL,
It would be perverse to have a clause that said if we get CL after 6 months ignore it if we don't get CL after 18 months.
What effect has the last three weeks had on Ange and the squad, and our recruitment? The knock of an extra 10M for the last three weeks is likely not worth it
But yeah Daniel won at least. Penny wise etc
Not really more logical. More logical would be obtaining the financial benefit of CL just prior to an obligation to purchase not 12 months before.
