He still won't accept a 50% pay cut to sit on our bench..... I just think we would be better off looking for better alternatives than someone who was a large part of our defence that shipped 63 goals last season
That’s my point. I don’t think he’s holding out for a ‘Spurs transfer’. Said repeatedly that I don’t want him but in his defense, we were statistically far better in terms of goals conceded when he played.

We've certainly been in contact with Genk & Orban. How advanced we are and if it depends on Kane leaving I really don't know. But I struggle to see us bringing him in without Harry leaving. I imagine as others have stated, we are trying to line up a few deals and if we are successful, we then may accept the bid.”

No wonder there hasn’t been any progress on Orban if we are talking to Genk. He’s plays for Gent.

The people at Genk must be very confused

After being found out and questioned by posters , the lil bitch snaps 😁😆😂🤣

Re : Kane

Hercules :

Whoever is playing policeman with ITK’s on this. Deal was agreed Friday. Not going to expand why we are where we are at. We know the reasons for the about turn. Certainly not sharing that here.

I think we need to shift more than that mate.

I know some are injured but we still need about 9-10 out in my opinion

How is £100m on the table as an offer not tangible?!
Something that isn't tangible is the gamble that keeping Harry "might" get us top 4/5. Or he "might" sign a new contract. Those are the intangibles in the equation.
Hell, we may keep him and he does his ACL on September 1st. That's all intangible, whilst the £100m is here and now.
Not arguing whether it is right or wrong to sell him by saying this, I just don't get your point?
Then I can't help you. There is no £100m on the table therefore it is not tangible. I will accept there has been negotiations and x amount of money has been offered (not up front) heavily loaded with 'what if' bonuses but nobody except the 2 parties know the true amount. In any case an offer that isn't accepted has no monetary value whatsoever particularly when the asset remains in one's possession.

Sure there is a case to be had in retrospect to bemoan the lost opportunity of cashing in on an asset but if that asset cost nothing in the first place and has delivered perennially and continues to do so then I think it balances itself out in the end.

As posted earlier I was comfortable with him being leaving or staying and the 'intangibles' referred to were coulda woulda shoulda.

Bayern are trying to do a Levy... On Levy.
Trying to bully him into selling our Harry... It won't happen unless Levy wants it to happen.
I'm still hopeful if we get Tapsoba and Orban, and get a good run in the league. Harry will stay... And that might be Levys mentality too.
Same. Could be a good team. The only way to keep Kane is to build up a real team around him.
