Then I can't help you. There is no £100m on the table therefore it is not tangible.
We know there is an offer of some sorts, and that it is significant. Of course it is tangible. Even an offer of 10 quid has tangibility when we are discussing its very acceptance

if that asset cost nothing in the first place and has delivered perennially and continues to do so then I think it balances itself out in the end
When assessing this decision what has happened previous shouldn't have any bearing in my mind. No one can deny what Harry has achieved. He cost us nothing and we have reaped the rewards of that. Quids in.
That doesn't change the fact though that as of right now, in the present, we have a potential lost opportunity cost of £100m (ish) if he leaves on a free next summer.
I'd love him to stay but only if he will renew his contract. Even a 1 year extension if that's what it would take. If he doesn't we will see him at a PL rival in 12 months.

£100m and off to Bayern to bang them in against German farmers would soften that blow and Ange can get on with the proper rebuild we talk about every year.

S

Dier can just say "No" and honour his contract.

He has one year left, tbh in preseason Davies, a Left back has been selected ahead of him.

He's the least of our problems.
Yes he can. He won't be part of the first team set up and barring serious injuries, he might play the odd cup game.

His basic is still pretty hefty compared to us mere mortals, but I don't think it kills us if he decides to effectively retire.
