Bollocks to that. That's the exact reason we never get over the line.
This kid could go out on loan for a year and be brilliant. He other then comes back to Spurs to replace Kane, or we sell him for way more than 30m and Kane signs a new deal.
It's a win win, but it requires Levy to grow some balls.

The odds of us losing money on that one are slim. In fact it might soften the blow of losing Kane for nothing next season.
100%. At his age, profile and wages, he will be easy to move on. Might lose 10M but that’s what we pay Perisic in annual wages…. Low (ish) risk gamble, £10M loss is worst case outcome and if he does well you have a player worth anything from £40M to £150M

because its Daniel Levy we are talking about here and also having 4 strikers in a system that requires 1 striker makes no sense (unless we loan Veliz).

As I said yesterday
Porro 39m
Maddison 40m
Veliz 13m
VDV 35m
Kulusevski 25m

take away Winks and that currently 142m net

add Gift Orban 28m
and a CB 25m?

nearly 200m net. Take away the rumoured players we are planning to sell and it takes it down to the 140m net spend ish.

I don't believe we will spend 140m net. I believe Kane will also go making it 40m net spend then we sign Brennan Johnson making it around 80m net.
Porro and Kulu aren’t this window

I don't necessarily disagree with any of that. I'm disagreeing purely and singularly with the statement that 30m euros is 'fuck all really'. That's just a really stupid and irresponsible attitude towards money generally.

After the way Munich are carrying on if i was Kane i'd seriously be reconsidering going there at all, actually thats a brilliant plan, we string them along and finally they meet our valuation and then Harry tells them to Fuck Off and signs a new contract!

Trix “I have to say I'm with DK.

We are still in dialogue but it's been getting more complicated by the day. It's my opinion he stays as of what limited bits I'm hearing, but I certainly wouldn't rule anything out at this stage.”

Fuck off Trix you bullshitting cunt bag. He’s just seen the KP tweet and trying to save face.

cool gives us a much better chance to do something this season, just need that defence to hold

It actually feels a bit like Sky Sports at least are now reporting/opining that Kane is staying.

That could just be hedging their bets, that our first game is this weekend and he said he wouldn't leave after then. The closer it is, the more likely he stays.

Not to mention his wife is due to give birth in 2 weeks time so H most likely definitely wanted this deal concluded early if it was gonna happen. Could be that Bayern have fucked him off dilly-dallying with paltry offers through the whole of July and he's not arsed about going there anymore.

From my extremely prestigious ITK Knowlodge that i posses I am now able to say what will happen -

Date - 8th Aug 2023
Who - Fatty
Latest update in the HK Deal - Bayern will need to meet the terms that Levy has set, if they do this then he will go to Germany
If not then Harry will stay at Spurs , he might sign a new 1 year deal with a release clause , or he might sign a new long term deal with or without a release clause , he could just stay though on his current contract and then we reassess the situation in January.

Fucking hell this ITK stuff is a piece of piss, just got to cover all the bases, now make it rain and pay me the money!!!!
