Probably because our owners are taking the piss. Usually that winds fans up.

I did think about VDV when typing this. Ultimately he's in the premium player category. 35m ish for a player from a big league.
Veliz, Gil, Sarr all under 20m.
Orban and Numah are 25-30m players that are coming from smaller leagues as highly sought-after talents. That's scary hours for Levy.
The closest thing to this is the Etihad and Red Bull consortiums.I’ve always wondered why a club like Spurs doesn’t own a Belgian, Dutch or Danish club and use them to develop talent. For the price of one player nowadays you could probably buy an entire team. I guess there are rules around ownership / farm teams in Europe.
So you're saying they HAVE issued a dividend to the shareholders for the £100m Kane fee? :/
Supporters mad that thing won’t change and all they’re willing to do is complain on a forum. That’ll show em![]()
Each club has a different situation. Our deadwood has been here 3 years and outlived numerous managers. It was unthinkable that we;d start the season with Davinson or Dier as CB options, yet here we are.
There are stronger and more credible links to Orban with no serious interest from a clearly bigger club and his price is something we have paid before (rather than one which would smash our transfer record).
Cheer up. Whatever happens they can’t take away the memory of the amazing nights we’ve had in recent seasons. Like that Beyoncé concert.
West Ham & City can; but their fans don't ock their own clubs for it.
FFS; look around the world... .All these big bands/acts play in Sports stadiums...... There's nothing there to be mocked or cry about.
This is one of the twattiest sticks to beat our club with.
So you're saying they HAVE issued a dividend to the shareholders for the £100m Kane fee? :/
It’s pretty smart. The closest thing to this is the Etihad and Red Bull consortiums.
They've got clubs attached to the brand around the world and basically do insider trading.
Leipzig and Salzburg have been trading players and coaches like playing cards.
I'll never understand the commitment from some posters to defending the owners. Baffling.
They do not care about you, never will, and Joe Lewis is an insider trading scumbag. Even if some nasty lies are told about them, why do you care? If you aren't being paid to defend them, why bother? They have expensive lawyers for that.
Weird dedication to go to bat for some lizard-like individuals sat at the top laughing their fucking asses off at fans.
Most clubs have deadwood that is years old, including many in the Woolwich list I posted. They haven't won much in the last 10 years either - on a different day, we could have won more cups than them in that period - but that's a completely different conversation anyway. Each club has a different situation. Our deadwood has been here 3 years and outlived numerous managers. It was unthinkable that we;d start the season with Davinson or Dier as CB options, yet here we are.
Other clubs win things. Our owners deliver all the bullshit and none of the rewards. They behave like a scam.
Gonna need some proof of that......
To this date the company accounts won't back you up; that's already proven.
