It would be a good week. We'd have upgraded our centre back depth and got a pacy wide forward that we need.

But it would be a great week if we also got in a striker. Unless we saw Johnson as the on the last mans shoulder, pacey striker and I am not sure that's his best game

100%.

Nice start, better than most would have thought likely but it's quite obvious where we are still lacking.

Both are 22 years of age

Brennan Johnson had 8 league goals and 3 assists in a relegation threatened team in the premiership.

Bryan Gil once dribbled past a defender.

I think there's players out there that would suit us more then Johnson but my God he's so far ahead of Bryan Gil it's not even funny. We have a habit of over rating our players.

No he isn't.

He's not 40m ahead of him.

He's faster and had more opportunities. Gil is a world better technically and in terms of football intelligence.

Thomas has now taken to social media to claim that Reguilon has emerged as a shock target for Man Utd.

Luke Shaw is expected to be out of action for around six weeks after picking up a hamstring injury (90 min), and it turns out that the Red Devils are considering making a move for the Tottenham man before the window closes.

Thomas added that Regulion is also on the radar of Fulham but revealed that Leicester City’s Timothy Castagne remains the Cottagers’ top priority at the moment.

Spurs Web Opinion

The injury to Shaw means that United need temporary cover at left-back, which is why they are seemingly exploring loan options.

However, I do not think Tottenham would want to aid a direct competitor, which is why the Lilywhites will be much more receptive to an approach from Fulham or from La Liga sides for Reguilon.
