I'm talking about things like touch, dribble, cross, passing and workrate. I don't think there's a HUGE gap but Gordon was better.
Johnson is probably a better finisher, but frankly that's not a metric either wants to shout about.
I wouldn't have wanted us to pay £40m for Gordon and the same applies to Johnson.
If he really wants him we need to make damned sure we get him.
Last one about SC from me but there seems to be mutiny over there. One of their admins now calling out a couple of their bullshitters over info today where they’ve said Ange doesn’t want Johnson against all other news including that Alasdair Gold piece just posted. If the Ange thinks Johnson is perfect for his system then that's who we should go with.
If Johnson is the player Ange has asked for then we need to get it done. £40m is a normal price for a young British player who scored 8 PL goals last season. That is the market now.

Not for me from what I’ve seen but if Ange likes him then he’s not got anything wrong so we’ve got to back him if it’s true.
