But I don't believe if we got Fati in that it would have affected Johnson at all - Fati was a potential opportunistic grab. Johnson is an actual target.

I feel like half the people that slag off ITKs over here check SC all day too and get a tiny bit erect whenever they say something is happening only to be let down.

That's definitely a factor, but the number of unforced errors and basic lack of workrate is hard to attribute to just poor team chemistry.

for instance, Liverpool frequently put out joke lineups for this competition and still win games.

I'm also too lazy. With ndombele he ain't ever gonna get a contract like that again so we aren't getting rid and he doesn't care about not playing.

Surely Dier, tanganga, reguilon etc must want to play. I'm shocked we can't even loan them or get them out on a free

Uhhhh yeah obviously, I'll just continue to 'deal wiv it' in my own way, which includes taking the piss mercilessly out of the cunts and abusing them at every turn because I find that much more satisfying than being subservient to them online.

Nobody is under any illusion that moaning/making jokes/pointing out how shite they are online will change anything.

That's far more in line with what I suggested than what I replied to.... I just don't buy the fatalistic appraisal taken of last night that none of those players are capable back-ups.


To be brutally honest; it would take some epic scouting to uncover a 1-man-army CM like Biss who's keen to sit on our bench most weeks. However; no credible 3rd CB will have been a massive fail.

I'll say it for the umpteenth time.... No Europe is a fucking curse as far as acquiring the necessary squad depth is concerned.

Clubs are able to sign good players when they already have good players.

Even when they don’t have Europe.

Not having that excuse at all.

On Dav, we both saw how easy to kill our build up he makes it (same for PEH). We both saw the Fulham goal.

We have been watching this player for years. There’s no excuse for him to still be here and relied on.
