£30m on Chalobah at the literal 11th hour is just such massive incompetence and desperation you have to laugh.

Boehly has turned that club into an absolute clownshow and we are bending over and making a fool out of ourselves.

I’ve given it a 6.

As ever with transfer windows it’s really too early to say when we’ve only seen Vic and VDV in the PL for 3 games, but from what they’ve showed thus far both appear to be encouraging signings.

Maddison looks like an absolute slam dunk, great signing and exactly what we’ve needed for a long time.

Clearly selling Kane is a negative but I’ve not marked us down on that too much. For me, the absence of a true 3rd CB really really concerns me and I consider it poor risk management by the club to enter the season with Sanchez and Davies as our 3rd and 4th choice CBs.

We are a bad injury away from being in real trouble.

In summary, some excellent business mitigated by the all too familiar negligence in key areas.

6/10.

Think he fancied playing for Brighton and de zirbi more than Ange and spurs. Rather telling of where we are.
I don't have the hostility toward Levy others here do, but I would agree he's managed to make Spurs an organization players don't want to come to. Spurs talk about a lot of players, and maybe that's designed to keep fans from becoming even more disenchanted, but we're not fishing in the same waters as other clubs with similar revenue. You watch the transfers in the Premier League today and see players fans are excited about. They aren't coming to Spurs.

Did read when ange joined he was told there wont be much to spend. Conte blew a lot the season before. Tbh were in pretty decent shape, bit concerned not replacing kane but I think we will have a good season.
We just banked near £100million for Harry Kane FFS.
We're already the 9th richest club on the planet.
The highest match day Revenue in the Premier League
And we get all the extra revenue from NFL, Boxing, Beyonce and other events. (apparently)

But yeah....I know what you mean. .:levystare:

Clubs don’t want to deal with him, neither do agents. All makes it very difficult to close deals, and all because of his heritage.

Debilitating dregg
