I think it's about time the club has a clean break with the past, Ange himself has made that point already.Last year Dier was starring in a table topping team. Maybe he is not a perfect fit for Ange but he is an excellent back up along with Davies.
Plus we have Royal capable of playing CB and Dorrington.
Ange said he would not overlook the yoot and Sayers and Paskotski are also long shot candidates.
Dier not only is a poor fit for the style of football, he's a poor footballer in general. His conduct during the transfer window also raises some questions. If his goal was to force this scenario, he shouldn't be alllowed to succeed.
