He's not going to answer, just ignore the little rat - his sole purpose on here is to be an agent of chaos not to post anything constructive, he'll fuck off temporarily like he usually does when we sign another player because it's difficult to wind up people who are happy.

Yeeeah I know, I really shouldn't get triggered. The guy has clearly got issues when the first thing he thinks of, when waking up, is Levy. Poor sod

Let's not start with words like hate.

I am saying he isn't taking us forward and that talk of big numbers fir his signature is worrying.

It's a sellers' market when it cones to strikers and I can see us getting stung.

What too many are failing to consider is the difference between being a striker for Bournemouth and being one for a club that has massive expectation.

Simply not a special player and my God we need one.

Not even complec to me. If we get him then I will be all in but....

Don’t tell me what to do.

My problem with Solanke is hes highly unlikely to change us into serious title contenders, then he will be used as a reason as to why we can't buy a top top tier striker in a year or two time as we need to get his wages off the books.

If we are going to half arse it targeting top 4 for another season I'd rather stick to richy and son then buy a lautaro martinez when our youngsters are more settled and we've hopefully had investment to make a real push for the title.

While eze is available, get him now as we aren't finding another high level and consistent English attacker with creativity. Someone else will snap him up.

Pedro neto I'd enjoy watching when fit but again, will become a liability on the books if he can't stay fit.

No single signing we make is going to turn us into title contenders.

What Solanke would be is an improvement on Richarlison. All you can ever ask of any big money signing is that they are better than whoever they might be replacing in the team.

Fingers crossed the scouting team have done their homework, I don't think anyone has the foresight to be 100% confident that solanke will be a major success given his goalscoring history but once he joins I'll for sure be behind him

Woolwich have been contending with 2 misfiring strikers over the last 2 season and Solanke is better than both, contending the league for us doesn't rely on a top striker, it relies on us having a good defence and Solanke is an excellent pressing striker who will help with that.

Regardless of that we don't need a striker with x factor in this team, fans are acting as if we need a Kane like player to score our goals we don't. Look at the bulk of Richy's goals last season, they were pretty much all tap ins or goals in the box apart from maybe 1...our striker just needs to be in the box and time his runs and hold the ball up, everything Solanke is good at.

I just think that people are letting their perception cloud their judgements because of the club he's coming from as opposed to looking at him for what he can do for us.

How are you expecting us to buy a top level striker when we're hanging around Europa League?

'Flipped' means sold pretty quickly after being bought

Bale was at Spurs for 6 years (plus returned later for a season on loan) - so that is not being 'flipped'

Bale was also actively agitating for a move to Real, so Spurs had no option other than to sell him. Again that's not Spurs buying with an intension for Spurs to sell at a profit - so not flipped
