Despite creating very little himself. Being a bit more creative than the likes of Skipp, Winks and Lo Celso is hardly a ringing endorsement.
I'm all for starting Ndombele as long as he can be arsed.
But although he's an improvement on what he have in the middle of the park, it's not like he's some kind of wonderful player.
He's more the sort of player that creates for the creator. The 2nd assist or whatever they call it. Get him the ball and he can get it to Kane/Son or whoever is then able to provide the assist (in our case nobody apart from Kane/Son).
Until we can replace him, we might as well make some use of him because the other options are far worse.

I'd like to see him playing in a fast paced, dynamic system where Kane isn't the main target.
I could see him getting the ball deep in our half, beating a man or two then spraying the ball around to our fast runners.
I'm not sure he's suited for a slower, lethargic play that we see when Kane is our main target.
I don't disagree with that. Just sick and tired of the same few people trying to make him out to be something he isn't and is unlikely to ever be. At best he's a talented but frustrating and inconsistent player. And that's without mentioning his poor attitude and mentality.

His not played yet bcos Dino 2.0 has not given him a chance not one minute. His discarded the fella completely. I posted before exactly what makes Nuno such big coach to discard our most expensive player and probably our most talented? Nuno does not have a couching background like the other top managers so you’d kind of understand it if it was then doing it. But Nuno has won f all and been mediocre at best as a coach yet he thinks he can shove his ego around and disregard ndombele. Disgraceful treatment regardless of what you think of ndombele. Who says his not fit enough? Nuno likes player who run around a lot well a fat lot of good it did yday. From what I saw most of our players hardly broke a sweat.

So you complain when he doesnt play but when he does play the players around him arent good enough. He should be able to to run that game thursday evening and push for first team starting. I hope he does but i wont hold my breath. Im hoping to be pleasantly surprised
