Contracts should be enforcable with demands to fitness performance etc.

Keep your weight, your muscle mass, your beep test scores etc.
 
Would love to see Ndombele in a swap with McKennie. Not just because he's American but McKennie brings the fight and passion our midfield could use. He is also a leader and can control possession. He was a good player for Juve last season.
