I wish i felt this way, I really do. But my hatred for them is unhealthy. Our Europa League win would be made feel like an Audi cup win if they won the Champions league. It would be patronising.

Levy has his minions scouring the leagues hoping to find the next Bale who is yet to reach his prime. It's what he hopes Bergvall and Gray will be. The problem will be even if they do turn out to be £100m players, they'll want to leave just like Bale, Berbatov et al before them.
So not only will we never sign such a player under Levy, if we do take punts on youth which turn into those kind of players we won't hold onto them.

All this fixation on Europa as some sort of a justification for Ange or for ourselves is absurd and super small club mentality
Europa League and Conference League are for teams that are in the upper mid table to compete for, it's how we qualified for it being 5th last season. It's at our level. or judging by our disastrous league form this season, reaching the Europa League is above our level, we won't even make the Conference League.
So with that in mind winning the Europa League this season would be quite an achievement. Not that I'd be that proud of it but it's better than nothing. By no means would it justify the manager's or the board's performance.
