He hasn't been in form but he's proven quality.
Taking players like Jordan Henderson is a fucking joke imo.
As is taking Toney!

Horrenderson shouldn't even be allowed near England the country. Maybe an isle off the coast of Scotland at a push.
It's a surprise, but Toney is a fantastic striker. He's much more like Kane than what Watkins is, if Kane needs a rest or gets injured. He's even as good as penalties as Kane is.
I didn’t say Brentford quality but Brentford style. There is a distinction. It is a Brentford setup, which is downstream of a less expansive Woolwich setup.I can’t wait for us to have yet another good tournament and for you to be wrong. Of course if the bar is “win the tournament” for success then you’ll probably claim being right .. as if every team that doesnt win the World Cup were terrible.
Physicality, speed, set pieces are what English football beats everyone else at right now. We’ve got two massive fullbacks who are also excellent, three fucking units who can also ball out in midfield, a proper CF who also happens to have feet made of silk.. we’ll be fine.
The tactic in the games you describe will be to not concede, drag teams in to the muck, and grab a set piece. We didn’t concede a single goal in qualifying.
Again, characterising Jude as someone who can’t do big things in big games .. what planet you on mate? Why would two of the fittest players on the planet “wilt in the heat” more than any of anyone else’s players?
James and Anderson with Rogers and Bellingham further forward ... almost a 4222. Rice isn't good enough with the ball.Who do we leave out though? Anderson is now one of the first names on the team-sheet for Tuchel. Then there's Rice and one of Bellingham or Rogers.
Palmer's carring an injury rather than poor form, should be no where near.He hasn't been in form but he's proven quality.

We are trying to play Gooner football without Saliba, Gabriel, Timber, Calafiori or fucking hell even Ødegaard. What makes that team is their huge set piece threat and their impenetrable defense led by a tireless press. Where’s our big set piece threat? Are Guehi/Stones/Konsa anywhere near them two CBs? Sure, we’ve got Anderson and Rice; a top engine room to be sure, but neither are really creative midfielders or dictators of pace. And trust me, they will tire. We are leaning too heavily on that starting XI and only have middling replacement level depth now. There’s not a single game changer who can deal with a low block on the bench. Not a single one.
It’ll just look a lot like when Woolwich struggle to break open stubborn defenses. Constantly playing for the corner. And yes, Jude will be the central culprit of this. He is not a passer. He doesn’t unlock things. He doesn’t make quick decisions or unexpected passes. He’s essentially a thicker version of Dele with less pace.

Happy for Welbeck to get in. Had a good seasonEngland squad for Euro 2012:
Goalkeepers: Joe Hart (Man City), Rob Green (West Ham), John Ruddy (Norwich)
Defenders: Glen Johnson (Liverpool), Phil Jones (Man United), John Terry (Chelsea), Joleon Lescott (Man City), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Ashley Cole (Chelsea), Leighton Baines (Everton)
Midfielders: Theo Walcott (Woolwich), Stewart Downing (Liverpool), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Woolwich), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Gareth Barry (Man City), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Scott Parker (Tottenham), Ashley Young (Man United), James Milner (Man City)
Forwards: Wayne Rooney (Man United), Danny Welbeck (Man United), Andy Carroll (Liverpool), Jermain Defoe (Tottenham)
Hahahaha some people in this thread.
Rice isn’t good enough with the ball?! Holy cope, if he’s good enough for PL & CL TOTY he’s probably “good enough with the ball” to play for England.
Just say you don’t like him because of the team he plays for and move on. Don’t try to rationalise the bias.
Getting a bit over the top now. Probably all pissed off because the flights and hotels were already booked.

Rashford has 16 g/a in 31 games, the midfield all pop up with goals, Saka has clearly been unfit/injured most of the season and has only just been revitalised..
You also don’t need that many goals around Kane. You need to play in a way that services him as he can do the job of 2 goalscorers. The team is setup to get goals from the world’s best goalscorer.
Expect retribution from
That's really going to change tuchel's mind...Getting a bit over the top now. Probably all pissed off because the flights and hotels were already booked.

None whatsoever. Scotland will, as always, be home before the postcards. England will get to the semis minimum.
You never know!None whatsoever. Scotland will, as always, be home before the postcards. England will get to the semis minimum.
We know our place.
I am often wrong. But on this? I’d be stunned.
