Sterling just scored a perfectly good goal

About as offside as that swivel eyed cunt Ozil's last night

A year ago. Maybe 18 months possibly, there were questions around who was the better of Eriksen and Ozil. At the time those questions were justified. No longer.

Ozil has moved on and Eriksen has stagnated. This season much could be said of everyone past the defenders and goalie.

Maybe we have expected too much too often but when a bar is raised it is then a tough ask to lower the giddy heights.

We need 2 or 3 of our players to respond to the gauntlet that is being laid down and for Pochettino to find the key to the padlock.

COYS.

Added pace with Sissoko and Son up top, makes sense as we sorely missed it last time at Wembley. Bayer played 4-4-2 so hopefully plenty of space to utilise. I am not convinced that Son and Sissoko will justify their selections - but I can see the theory behind it!

Dont like that eleven at all. Bayer are fielding their best possible players.

Calhanoglu and Bender are the big misses for them. Their defence is still very inexperienced, young and make mistakes. If Son, Sissoko, Eriksen and Alli can press as well as they did against Man City then we can certainly cause them BIG problems. Dembele and Wanyama need to be on top of their game though.
