Match The Mighty Tottenham Hotspur vs West Ham United

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Talk about an overreaction to one match. The fact is that we've conceded less than average goals from headers, have more headed clearences than average and it's to some extent a deliberate tactic as crosses are the least effective method of attack. But don't let that get in the way of putting down the best defence, we've had for I don't even know how long, because Ozil, who despite all his cuntiness has the best assist rate in PL ever (as far as I recall) was able to play a few pinpoint crosses to Giroud for 20 minutes of a 90 minutes match.
I haven't disputed the fact that this is our best defense we've had for some time. My main point is, at least 4 out of 5 goal scoring chances our opponents create, come from crosses and indirect set pieces.

Our team may not have any serious/significant weaknesses from in department, however if we try to take a look at any 'weakness' our team might have, defending crosses and indirect set pieces appear to be the biggest of them all.

Many thanks!

Such a difficult game to predict, not surprised they have gone for Carroll considering our issues against Woolwich in the air.

Really glad Dembele is playing to add some physicality up top.

Carroll and Sakho starting.

Looks like they are set up to play exactly the way we expected them to, sit back concede possession and hoofing it to Carroll/Sakho.

We need lots of creativity, directness and decisiveness and from the looks of it, Dembele inclusion in that starting line up seem kinda counterproductive to me.

Dembele "2 goals in his last 3 games". It can only end in disaster.

My prediction is that we are going to give a schooling to West Ham today. They will be shocked by how much we dominate them. I will not. All the talk of how amazing Klopp is will be replaced with how amazing Poch is.
