None of the sodding features work. I've logged in and there are so many bugs, it's unreal. I understand teething problems, but how the hell can you launch a site with so many glitches?
Becuase its Tottenham, what did you expect?

fucking terrible, even the design has simple flaws within it. For starters the bit telling you to log in that is positioned nicely over text so you log in assuming it'll go but it doesn't, it just welcomes you and tells you what level of membership you're on. The fact you have to scroll left and right even with normal resolution settings on your PC (a massive no-no for websites).

I haven't even bothered going on the other parts. I wonder how much someone got paid to do that site.

Slight improvement on the old one but it's still a pretty shit website.

Big background images that cut off on large screens. Nice.

mate, i'm gonna stick my neck out and wager they probably got paid a big fat zero. which is why it's not all that great.

they'll have been paid with a few dozen vip tickets, or maybe access to one of the boxes for a few home games; which they'll use to entertain corporate clients. i very much doubt any money changed hands.

Someone will have gotten paid pretty well, which is a bit sad though.

yes. either that, or ur not paying attention.

Not paying attention to your 'wager?' Because I personally don't feel you could get a website project of this scale for free, or even perks like tickets. There would have been at least some workers put on a team to develop this, and I very much doubt they wouldn't have been paid for their work.

ha, I dunno about that. The Spurs site has to do a lot more than this one does. Shame they can't get simple design & navigation features right though.

Pains me to say it but Man City easily have one of the best sites in the league. They probably paid someone £5m though.

google business solutions. cost, fuck all. better than that headache inducing thing the club have gone for. whoever sold that is good though.

i used to work for the ad agency that designed all spurs's corporate literature; tens of thousands of pounds worth of design and print work. we never invoiced. we were paid in hospitality. they're called contra deals.

Fair enough then, your position means you're most likely right. Just not something I've personally ever seen before.

i had close associations with the bankers who floated thfc (making them a plc in the sugar days). hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of work... their fee? a box in the west stand for three/four years.
