Brunel University London become front of shirt sponsor

Wealdstone Football Club is delighted to announce that Brunel University have become our new front-of-shirt sponsor, and made history as the club’s biggest-ever commercial sponsor.

The local partnership was made official during a formal contract signing on Brunel’s campus yesterday, with the university’s Vice-Chancellor signing on the dotted line.

The deal will see Brunel University feature on the front of the club’s home and away kits for the next 3 seasons. Over the last 12 months, the relationship between the two organisations has gained momentum, with Brunel Business School and Brunel Hive – which connects high-impact academic research with high-growth businesses – supporting the club on a project to enhance and transform their organisation.

Comes this...

NEW Hybrid Operating Model and New Training Base for this season

The first team will be adopting a hybrid operating model, enhancing our commitment to excellence and professional development.

Under the new model, the players will train on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, and Thursday evenings, a schedule that will ensure greater contact time with the squad for our new management team, Matt Taylor and Paul Hughes.

In tandem with this strategic move, we are delighted to confirm that Brunel University Sports Park in Uxbridge will become our first team’s new training base. This state-of-the-art facility is poised to provide an elite training environment, perfectly suited to the ambitions of our club.

Exciting times ahead for Wealdstone!! 💪

£3k fine for the trouble at the Cuckoo's place.

Bold move not to have paid the lawyers bill first!

Glad to see they staved it off, hopefully they can patch up the leaky ship and move on to brighter days.
Their transfer embargo has been lifted.

Hashtag United are in that league? WTF.

Was going through some old photos the other day and came across a charity game against them. Think they were just a YouTube team at the time. Time flies.

Just checked - they haven’t been in existence for 10 years yet. Incredible rise. Have to say I’m not a huge fan of the gimmick FC clubs but they’ve done well.

Globalization of football. Most non-league clubs have the support of a very small, very immediate community. Clubs like Hashtag and some others are built on the idea that they're not limited to that immediate local community.

Is Azpilicueta still one of the owners? Scum.
