I wonder how much £££££s the Stones could make from this?

Question was asked on the forum, reply was this from one of the directors...

To answer a few of the questions. The series is about Wealdstone. There may be other content they create for other clubs but they won't be featured in a series like ours. Filming has already started; DAZN have been filming at training, matches and even our board meeting on Tuesday.

There is no fee payable to the club however. We are taking part in this because of the exposure it brings at a time when we need to grow revenues and secure investment.

Reality TV remains pervasive because it remains the cheapest content to produce. People desperate to live the 21st century dream and get on TV will do so, usually, for free.

This will be cool, though.

I think that it's definitely worth trying.

Tyson Fury could surely help out Morecambe?

Simon Jordan calls out Tyson Fury to use £170m fortune to buy stricken National League club
Tyson Fury first expressed interest in taking over his hometown club in 2022, shortly after the club were put on the market by Bond Group Investments as a struggling League One team.

Wealdstone supporters club with another big donation to the club

Another Significant Donation
It is with great pleasure that WFCSC can announce that we have made an immediate £15,000 donation to assist with the playing budget for the upcoming 25/26 season.

With the well documented headwinds that the main club are currently facing, the WFCSC committee felt that this would be a fantastic gesture, a good use of club funds and hopefully get a few more signings across the line.

A large proportion of these funds have come from the Wembley Fanzones which would not have been possible without the huge commitment and dedication of all our fantastic committee members and volunteers. We would also like to thank the fans for your continued support at various events throughout the year.

Finally, watch this space for future WFCSC fundraising events and continue to support our Megastore and 50/50 sellers on match days. Every pound we raise helps support the club that we love.

Chairman

It's an insane situation..

"Immediately after his ban, Mr Lambert watched matches from just outside the perimeter fence of the stadium. But in March, he says the club hired a security guard to prevent him standing there so he took to climbing a nearby tree instead."

I imagine a perimeter fence is quite long so the security guard would have been following the guy to stop him watching the game. It would probably be more entertaining to watch than the football.

Fixtures - The Enterprise National League

The National Conference / National League North / National League South Begins tommorrow

For the South, it's looking very tough, 3 conference National Teams dropped South with 1 going to the North. The current thinking is around 7 or 8 teams are fully pro at the level, Torquay probable favourites for the top but everyone is expecting strong performances from Dorking, Dagenham, Worthing, Eastbourne and Maidenhead, added to that Chelmsford have gone fully pro, Salisbury have a new Qatari investor, it's going to be a very keenly fought campaign.

Going to Maidenhead tomorrow, for a tier 6 game the gate price is £20, which is going to be quite pricey to see Chesham get beat, but you live in hope!
